Meet Our Leaders
Lord Bishop Shamas Pervaiz (Chief in Patron)
I am Lord Bishop Shams Pervaiz, serving as the Chairman of the Association of Bishops in Pakistan and the Country Chairman of Interfaith Harmony Pakistan.
I have been associated with the Elohim Church Association for the past twelve years, and during this time, I have had the privilege of mentoring and guiding Bishop Aamir Pervez Khokhar in his ministry and church leadership.
Whenever challenges arise concerning the church or its development, I provide him with guidance and support, visiting his congregation from time to time to participate in their worship services and offer spiritual and administrative advice.
As the Chairman of the Association of Bishops, I deeply appreciate Bishop Aamir’s faithful service in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) region, where he serves as a regional chairman under my supervision. He has been doing remarkable work in spreading the Word of God and strengthening the Christian community.
My prayers and blessings are always with Bishop Aamir and his team may God continue to bless him, enlarge his ministry, and use him as a powerful instrument to win souls for Christ.

Bishop Aamir Pervez KhokharChairman, (Founder & Moderator)
I am Bishop Aamir Pervez Khokhar, I began my ministry in 2005, when the Lord called and chose me for His service. Since then, I have continued to serve faithfully in the vineyard of the Lord.
In the early years of my ministry, I served in various denominations as a priest and assistant priest, carrying out spiritual and pastoral responsibilities. However, over time, I realized that some of these denominations followed doctrines and teachings that I could not accept in my heart, as they were not fully aligned with the Word of God. The Lord did not give me peace to continue under those teachings.
For this reason, I was led by God to establish a new church association, one that is built purely on faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and the teachings of the Holy Bible (Protestant Scripture). Thus, the Elohim Church Association was formed — a fellowship committed to the pure Word of God, sound teaching, and faithful service to the Lord.
It is my mission and divine calling to preach the Gospel of Christ to every corner of the world, as commanded by our Lord. I humbly request your prayers and support so that I, along with my dedicated team of pastors, deacons, laymen, and evangelists, may continue to spread the message of salvation and build the Kingdom of God.

Alisefan Shahzad General Secretory
My name is Alisefan Shahzad, and I am currently serving as the General Secretary of the Elohim Church Cabinet. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing and monitoring all departmental secretaries, ensuring that their work is carried out with dedication, discipline, and integrity. I regularly prepare and present detailed reports to our respected Direct Bishop, who is the Head of our Church.
In addition to my official duties, I also fulfil the responsibilities of the In-Charge of Pastors (if the appointed officer, MMB is unavailable). Through this extended role, I strive to support our pastoral team, facilitate smooth coordination, and strengthen the overall mission of the Church.
With commitment, sincerity, and a heart dedicated to God’s service, I continue to serve faithfully for the growth of the Body of Christ. I perform all my duties with full devotion and passion, contributing actively to the vision, development, and ministry of the Elohim Church Association.
Mrs. Shabana Aamir Women's Ministry Leader
I am Mrs. Shabana Aamir, serving the Lord through the Women’s Fellowship Ministry of the Elohim Church Association.
As Bishop Aamir Pervez Khokhar continues his divine calling to win souls for Christ, I also take part in this mission by working door to door, visiting women, motivating them, and sharing the light of God’s Word. I believe it is my responsibility to stand beside my husband as he serves the Lord faithfully, and to support him wholeheartedly in this sacred mission.
We can easily gain worldly things, but spiritual blessings are what we must seek every day — to please our Lord and grow closer to Him.
My journey of service began soon after our marriage. When Bishop Aamir started his ministry in 2005, I joined him in 2007–2008, walking beside him in faith and dedication ever since. Together, we continue to serve the Lord with love, unity, and compassion, reaching out to those who need His Word and hope.

Pastor Shaheen Ur Rehman (Leading Pastor)
My name is Shaheen Ur Rehman, and I come from a Muslim background. By the grace of God, I came to know the truth and accepted Christianity, dedicating my life to serving the Lord Jesus Christ.
I began my spiritual journey under the guidance of Bishop Aamir Pervez Khokhar in the Elohim Church Association, where I completed my seminary training. Afterward, I served as an Assistant Priest, and through prayer and calling, I was later ordained as a Priest.
I am now serving the Lord faithfully in this ministry. My special focus is on reaching women who are unable to leave their homes or are busy with daily responsibilities. I go door to door, teaching them the Word of God and sharing His light with them.
This has become the purpose of my life — to help women grow in faith and to lead souls to Christ. This is also what we have learned from our Bishop: that our mission is to spread God’s Word to the ends of the earth, according to the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.
It is our heartfelt desire and prayer that God may use us mightily for His glory and that the day will soon come when every corner of the world will know Jesus Christ, worship Him, and glorify His holy name.
My service in the Elohim Church Association is purely for the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ — that His body may grow, His Word may reach the nations, and His love may transform lives.
May His name be praised forever.
Pastor George Nazir (Leading Pastor)
My name is Pastor George Nazir and I have been serving in this church for the past five years. I lead a local congregation located at Shami Road, where I serve as a priest under the Elohim Church Association.
We hold our Divine Service every Sunday, four Sundays each month, gathering together to worship the Lord and proclaim His Holy Word. Our purpose in every service is to spread the Word of God, that people may come to know the truth, walk in His light, and that the Body of Christ may grow and be strengthened through our ministry.
Following the Great Commission of our Lord, we are committed to carrying the message of the Gospel to the ends of the earth, so that many souls may be saved and God’s name may be glorified.
It has now been five blessed years since I began my service in this church, and I will continue to dedicate my life to lifting up the name of the Lord and serving Him faithfully.

Dr. Raheel Shahzad (Director of Health Services)
Dr. Raheel Shahzad, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), is a devoted and compassionate member of the Elohim Church Association, Peshawar. He faithfully serves the Church and the community through his professional expertise and Christian commitment.
Dr. Raheel organizes free medical and physical therapy camps, offering treatment and guidance to individuals suffering from physical pain, mobility challenges, and other health issues. Through his generous service, he reflects the love and healing ministry of Christ, bringing comfort, hope, and encouragement to those in need.
Within the Church, he also serves as a Health and Wellness Advisor, helping the congregation to live healthy, balanced, and faith-centered lives. His dedication stands as a true example of Christian service, compassion, and leadership in both medical and spiritual care.
